Nice airy rooms. Comfortable furniture
Entry to the premises was unpleasant. Full, overflowing bins and rat traps. Stairs need painting. Bathrooms needed extra cleaning especially the drainage holes. No dvd player for the many dvds. No teapot. Very noisy, especially on Friday and Saturda.

I recently stayed at Kelsick Heights in Ambleside for a weekend getaway. The villa was beautifully decorated and furnished, and the spacious and well-equipped apartment made me feel right at home. The central location was perfect for exploring the area, and the interesting architecture added a unique touch. I especially loved the corner bay window seat in the living room and the brilliant night sky view from the en suite velux. The new kitchen/diner was also a great feature, making it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals during my stay.
Totally recommend this hotel.

Mind-blowing modern accommodation with a jaw-dropping corner bay window seat in the living room. The new kitchen/diner is super, and the en-suite velux offers a brilliant night sky view. The apartment was clean on arrival, and despite the slightly dirty shower head, it was well-equipped. The spaciousness and cleanliness of the apartment were amazing. I would have loved a coffee machine, but everything else was simply fantastic. The central location made it convenient to explore the city. Free parking and Wi-Fi were a bonus. I enjoyed cycling and fishing nearby. No pets allowed and no smoking on site.

Oh, how I adored sharing my spa tub with the other guests in my party. It's always nice to make new friends while soaking!

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The location is super central and the architecture is jaw-dropping. The living room's corner bay window seat is a total gem, and the new kitchen/diner is fantastic. The en suite velux offers a breathtaking view of the night sky. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it the perfect place to stay. The decor and furnishings are beautifully modern, with only a minor hiccup in the shower head. It would have been even more amazing if a coffee machine was included. The added bonuses of wi-fi, free parking, and the options for cycling and fishing are just the cherry on top. Plus, it's great that they have a no pets and no smoking policy on site. This place is a must-visit for anyone looking for an unforgettable experience!

Modern and spacious apartment with beautiful decor and furnishings. the corner bay window seat in the living room was a nice touch. the new kitchen/diner was well-equipped and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the brilliant night sky view from the en suite velux.
The communication with the staff could have been better, as they didn't reach out to us regarding the keys and parking situation. the bedroom window couldn't be opened due to a broken rope.
